Laser cutt models
In week 12, based on the updated detail drawings No.3 and 7, Tony Tang and I have done two lasercutted models. These models show the location of all screws, glass and undergo MiniTec.Due to the limited thickness of materials, we used the 3mm thick MDF to laser cut the model. But in scale 1:10, we should use 1.5mm thick MDF.
Also a 1:1 detail model shows how MiniTec connection hold the entire roof.

the image on the left shows the slot I create to hold all the pieces, the location of these slot are same as the location of MiniTec connectors.
